The Little Red Sauna - Special Launch Month of July!
£50.00

The Little Red Sauna is not just any old sauna! Over 2 years in the planning, so much heart and soul has been put into the build and design of this sanctuary in the woods. Its more than hot and cold therapy, its a chance for you to truly slow down, reconnect and breathe. Come, experience and feel those endorphins surge - its immense!

Start slow, just a few minutes, then cool down under the bucket (its amazing) or the shower, then repeat a few more times, building up to about 15 minutes of sauna at any one time. Don’t rush it, just love it. Sit out amongst the trees.

Please bring two towels (& come clean or have a quick cold shower before you enter the sauna if you dare), one to sit on and one to wrap / dry you. If you fancy sitting out bring a dry robe and some sliders / warm socks. No jewellery (it gets hot!). No alcohol. Keep well hydrated, bring some water with you, or top up your bottles when you arrive.

Its £50 for a 1hr booking for JULY ONLY, don’t forget to enjoy Betty, the Caravan Cafe afterwards and have a cuppa or cold drink (pay online). All you need to do is contact Tors on 07779 600523 to book your hour and then you can pay online here. Just until we get the website all ready.

Here’s a quick health checklist for you:

  • Heart Conditions:Consult a doctor before using a sauna if you have high blood pressure, heart disease, or other cardiovascular issues.

  • Pregnancy:Pregnant women should also consult their doctor before using a sauna.

  • Medications:Some medications can interfere with the body's ability to regulate temperature or may cause drowsiness, so it's important to check with a doctor or pharmacist if you're taking any medications.

  • Listen to your body:Exit the sauna immediately if you feel dizzy, lightheaded, or unwell.

ANY QUESTIONS? Please just give Tors a call on 07779 600523 or send an email.
