The Pilates Breakfast Club at Damson Hill.
Our two hour PILATES BREAKFAST CLUBS are fun, focussed Pilates sessions where those with a grounding in Pilates can perfect their technique and beginners can really get to grips with the basics. We'll use different props such as the arc barrel, the zenga ball, the fitness circle or the barre.
With just five people per class, The Pilates Breakfast Club is an opportunity to take some time out, relax, have an energising workout and experiment with a variety of different Pilates props, these workshops allow for plenty of social interaction and a lot of laughter. Victoria (who runs the workshops) is a fully qualified Stott Pilates Instructor and personal trainer with over 10 years teaching experience. As well as leading the Pilates activity, she will serve a selection of nutritious snacks and drinks for you and there will be a chance to chat about recipes and ways to balance being busy with being healthy.
Each workshop is £40 and they take place every month on either a Saturday or Sunday morning, between 9.30 and 11.30am at Damson Hill Cottage. The price includes a lengthened Pilates class, homemade gluten, dairy and sugar free breakfast and with herbal teas, recipes and a homemade gift. The Pilates Breakfast Club tends to book up well in advance so if you fancy coming along yourself (or with friends) it's best to book early if you can.
