Our YOGA sessions are run by Ruthie Spink, a fantastic yoga teacher certified with the Yoga Alliance Professionals. She specialises in Yoga Nidra Meditation and in particular the practices of deep relaxation and Vinyasa flow yoga. Yoga is brilliant for increasing flexibility, toning muscles and reducing tension in the body but is also hugely beneficial for self discovery and healing.

With a maximum of five people in a class, Enjoy a welcoming and inspiring Vinyasa Flow Yoga class to relax and reinvigorate whilst building flexibility and strength. Create a graceful flow of movement, guided by the breath, to balance mind and body. Suitable for all levels.

Yoga | BREAKFAST CLUB
Our two hour Yoga Breakfast Clubs are crafted to help you relax and reinvigorate whilst building flexibility and strength. Be prepared for a sensory delight and get ready to set some powerful intentions. We'll start with a welcoming Vinyasa Flow class inspired by the seasons and yogic philosophy. In a continuous and graceful flow of movement, guided by our breath we will work to balance the mind and body. Then we will finish our practice with a beautiful meditation to still the mental chatter and surrender to a state of bliss.
PRICE: £40 per 2 hour session, including breakfast and nibbles and a handmade gift.
