Our HIP PILATES™ (High Intensity Power Pilates) sessions aim to raise the heart rate and improve your overall functionality, strength, mobility and stamina (quite an impressive list!) This exclusive class is not only ideal for the hard core Pilates fan, who would like a more intense cardio workout, but also for those wishing to challenge their balance and improve their strength without losing touch with the principles of Pilates. At the moment, we have a HIP Pilates & TRX studio session, with more classes coming soon.

Each session is specifically structured to provide an all over body workout. Progressive choreography helps to improve your balance and co-ordination, precise movements aim to improve your overall strength and mobility - and the use of weights promises to increase endurance. This combination of high energy, faster paced movement combined with the precision and focus of a traditional Pilates class creates a balanced and fun workout for everyone.

For something a little less intense but still strong, try our Pilates classes.

Expect to sweat in this higher intensity Pilates class. Using light weights and plenty of different Pilates exercises, this is a great way to tone up, build strength and get your heart going.
