The Strength Circuit
TUESDAYS 6.15am - 7am | FRIDAYS 9.30am - 10.15 am
THE STRENGTH CIRCUIT is an indoor workout in the studio, focussed on increasing your muscular strength, so there will be no burpees or jumping jacks in sight! It’s low impact and uses dumbbells, a barbell, BOSU, TRX, Stability Ball, Water Rower, Spin Bike, Pilates Reformer and Pilates Stability Chair. Expect a circuit of different strength focussed stations - and a maximum of 8 people per class. Just a small number so that I can give you the best attention and ensure your form is good! All fitness levels welcome.
With plenty of group solidarity during the class and a good chance to chat over herbal tea or coffee from Betty the Caravan Cafe, it’s a great way to work out and get motivated! And why not come with your towel and try our outdoor shower (hot - or cold!)
