The PERSONAL TRAINING we offer at Damson Hill Cottage consists of a programme of relevant and appropriate exercises and techniques to perfectly suit you. Using the Pilates studio, a variety of props and our wonderful outside space, we'll work towards your specific objective, be it general fitness, weight loss, strength building or flexibility. We can make it energetic, combining press ups and burpees, boxing and core stability with interval training and circuits. We can focus on running or weights, or use the TRX equipment. Alternatively you can opt for something a little less high- energy, like Pilates, barre work, stretches or relaxation. If you have an injury or medical condition, a restorative health programme can be specifically developed too.
