Our PILATES sessions provide a low-impact, full body workout for all ages and abilities. The focus is on balance & posture, to build strength and flexibility. With a myriad of benefits for health and wellness, Pilates can increase muscular endurance, improve posture, boost core strength and reduce stress levels. Victoria, who runs the classes, is a fully qualified Stott Pilates Instructor with 10 years teaching experience. Her passion for Pilates as a route to restoring health, maintaining general fitness, and as part of all-round healthy, balanced lifestyle is thoroughly infectious. All newcomers to Pilates are invited for a 1:1 with Victoria before joining a group class.

With a maximum of five people in a class, the hour long sessions at Damson Hill Cottage allow for plenty of 1:1 input and coaching in a friendly, non-competitive environment. Our Pilates Studio has been specially built to be cosy in winter and cool in the summer and it makes the most of the wonderful woodland view. With an outdoor deck for hot summer days and plenty of props there are various classes to choose from.

The Pilates BREAKFAST CLUB
Our popular 2 hour workshop sessions are held at weekends, once a month. They provide the opportunity to exercise, relax, stretch, strengthen, enjoy nutritious refreshments and meet like-minded people in a setting that takes you away from it all. Using a range of Pilates props to help improve and maximise postures, our workshops give you the time to focus on refining your Pilates in a fun, friendly fashion. Personal Pilates sessions are available in our studio too. An ideal opportunity for a tailor made workout and 1:1 advice on positioning, posture and how to incorporate Pilates into your life and routine, these sessions can be one offs, intermittent or as regular as you like. These tailored sessions can be extremely useful for restorative health following illness or for aiding recuperation from accidents or injuries too.
PRICE: £45 per 1:1 class.
REFORMER PILATES 1:1
Victoria now offers 1:1 classes on her miraculous ‘Reformer’ apparatus – a system of weights and pulleys which adds tension and resistance to classical Pilates exercises, consistently training the core, hips and glutes and increasing fitness levels. Reformer Pilates using this specially developed equipment can also be brilliant for people with injuries or limited movement as it provides many different support options.
