The Library

Following the success of ‘The Lockdown Library’, we are launching a NEW improved Library from 1st June. If you prefer working out at home, it’ll be perfect, but it’s also an excellent way to supplement your studio classes or gym memberships. For just £25 per month, you’ll get access to LOADS of online workouts including Pilates, HIIT, HIPP Pilates and more. Plus THREE live zoom workouts every week (Mon 6.30am Pilates, Weds Lift Lean so that’s dumbbells & Fri HIPP which is High Intensity Power Pilates with light weights about 1kg 6.30am), a monthly newsletter with recipes, and special offers and a group chat (if you’d like to join in).

Lift Lean Lifestyle 21 day plan

The Lift Lean lifestyle program is a route to reset your health. Combining daily prerecorded online fitness, a clear plan to help create good habits that you can stick to ongoing, and a range of delicious and simple to prepare recipes to fuel you along the way. It’s a 21 day plan and will provide you with access to daily video workouts you can view anytime you like, detailed recipe plans for the relevant time period and our Lift Lean Handbook. You also receive support and motivation from Tors via our Lift Lean WhatsApp group so you can keep in touch with Tors and others, and where you will receive dozens of recipes and health articles during the 21 days.

Workouts will include 3 x 25 minute live zoom workouts a week (recorded so you can do at another time too) and 2 x pre-recorded videos a week too.

Our Lift Lean Lite programme is a fast-track boost to feeling better. A 5-day programme designed to help you replace bad habits with good, get moving and get motivated it’s a brilliant boost whether you’ve tried Lift Lean Lifestyle before or not. You will be given a 5 day menu and the opportunity to join Tors for a 6.30am dumbbell workout from Monday through to Friday (they will also be recorded and available to do too).
