Every Tuesday, from 10am to 4pm, our Dining Room transforms into a sanctuary for thinkers and creators. Find your muse beside the warmth of the woodburning stove or feel the inspiration flow out in the open, cocooned by a firepit.
Unplugged Yet Connected
Away from the glaring screens and incessant pings, here you'll discover a new rhythm to work. It's not about high-speed broadband; it's about high-speed thoughts, free-flowing ideas, and deep, unbroken focus.
Tuesdays 9 to 5pm (or any other day, just ask!)
Need some time away from home, in fresh surroundings? Come to Damson, surrounded by nature, immerse yourself in your work. 4 available spaces in The Dining Room with woodburning stove or on the deck (in fine weather), sit in Betty, the Caravan Cafe, or light a firepit outside. Use of the kitchen with free teas/coffee. Use of the new lavatory block with flushing loos (from mid-November, our usual compost loos ‘til then!).
Why not do The Woodland Workout first? Get your endorphins up and fresh air in before you settle down to focus. Have a hot outdoor shower for an extra £5 (with Faith in Nature body wash / shampoo / conditioner). Get your cosy clothes ready for some focus time afterwards with woodburning stove.
Great for reading, writing, study, creating, making, reading, researching, admin and planning.
Why not set your Tuesdays up like this….come to The Woodland Workout 9.15 - 10am, followed by a steaming hot outdoor shower, then get cosy (dont forget your slippers) and settle down in The Dining Room, with woodburning stove and crack on with some work. Maybe the kind of work that you keep meaning to do, but put off; research, planning, admin, finance, writing, reading, creating……
