LIFT LEAN LIFESTYLE is a 21 day fitness programme, generally run seasonally. We also run an intensive 5 day body boost called LIFT LEAN LITE. Please enquire for more details about future programmes.
THE LIBRARY is our monthly online fitness membership. For just £15 a month you get access to a wealth of different workout videos, covering all levels and intensities. You can access anytime and unsubscribe whenever you like.
Damson Hill Cottage Clubs & retreats:
You can enjoy your own tailored escape at Damson Hill Cottage, with friends or a work team. Here are some of the events we have hosted, but just get in touch and we’ll come up with a plan to suit you.
A 2hr event, from 10 - 12am ish on Saturdays or Sundays. Up to 8 people on a date that suits you. A Pilates class with Victoria followed by a delicious brunch to suit you. Please enquire to book yours.
How about an energising pilates, functional training and (slightly) ballet based workout, followed with a reviving G&T? 6/ 7pm - 8.30pm (ish). A great way to get together with friends. Get in touch to book your private sesion for up to 6 people.
Fancy a woodland retreat that nourishes the mind & body? We can host a pretty full on fitness day with plenty of food! Or a tailored retreat to suit you. Anything goes! Approx 9.30am - 3.30pm for up to 8 people. Please call to book.
