Pilates at our Damson Hill studio

Our PILATES sessions provide a low-impact, full body workout for all ages and abilities and there are plenty of options available including a blend of Pilates, HIP and TRX. The focus is on balance & posture, to build strength and flexibility. With a myriad of benefits for health and wellness, Pilates can increase muscular endurance, boost core strength and reduce stress levels. Victoria, who runs the classes, is a fully qualified Stott Pilates Instructor with 15 years teaching experience. Her passion for Pilates as a route to restoring health, maintaining general fitness, and as part of all-round healthy, balanced lifestyle is thoroughly infectious. All newcomers to Pilates are invited for a 1:1 with Victoria before joining a group class.

Numbers are limited to 8 for TRX and 9 for Pilates so please email Tors to book a place or to add yourself to the waiting list. DROP IN spaces are often available, so just let me know what day you’d like to come and have a go and I’ll make sure you’re on the list.


Drop-in Pilates

Limited availability single Pilates class drop in. If you can’t commit to consistent Pilates throughout the term then you can drop in on an ad hoc basis by booking here. However, please text Tors on 07779 600523 to discuss & confirm. Please also make sure you’ve filled out the Health Questionnaire at the bottom of this page before you come! Thank you x

PILATES 1:1 - REFORMER 1:1 & 2:1

Personal Pilates sessions are available in our studio too. An ideal opportunity for a tailor made workout and 1:1 advice on positioning, posture and how to incorporate Pilates into your life and routine, these sessions can be one offs, intermittent or as regular as you like.

The Reformer – a system of springs and ropes which adds tension and resistance to classical Pilates exercises, consistently training the whole body and increasing fitness levels. Reformer Pilates using this specially developed equipment can also be brilliant for people with injuries or limited movement as it provides many different support options. The studio also has a Springwall and Stability Chair.
