Hello hello!
So I hope by now you are getting used to creating your bowls and plates of nourishing goodness. Seeing how easy it is to be experimental, and having enough flavours and colours in your meals that you get satisfied by what they look like as well as taste like! I always find that as long as I have a spoonful of a hummus/guacamole etc (whatever variety, look out for more recipes coming soon), a good dressing then any veg can be added to my bowl and it tastes good. I hope you are happy with your protein sources and ensuring you are getting plenty.
