The Pilates Brunch Club at  Damson Hill.

Our two hour PILATES BRUNCH CLUBS  are fun, focussed Pilates sessions where those with a grounding in Pilates can perfect their technique and beginners can really get to grips with the basics. We'll  use different props  such as light hand weights, the small ball, the fitness circle or the foam roller. 

We can teach up to 8 per class, The Pilates Brunch Club is an opportunity to take some time out, relax, have an energising workout and experiment with a variety of different Pilates props, these workshops allow for plenty of social interaction and a lot of laughter. Victoria (who runs the workshops) is a fully qualified Stott Pilates Instructor and personal trainer with over 17 years teaching experience. As well as leading the Pilates activity, she will serve a homemade brunch for you and there will be a chance to chat about recipes and ways to balance being busy with being healthy.

Each Brunch Club can be tailored to you for up to 8 people. Priced at £45 per person for 8 people. They can be booked on a Saturday or Sunday morning, between 10am and 12.30pm at Damson Hill Cottage. The price includes a foam roller, small ball and High Intensity Power (HIP) Pilates mini classes followed by a homemade brunch. The Pilates Brunch Club is a privately booked club so get your friends to find a date so you can book on!
