The Summer Club...
Worried about missing Pilates, Woodland Workout or Strength over the Summer Holidays? No need! Although our regular timetable won’t be running, there are still FIVE fabulous classes to enjoy all summer long. You can even join us on The Library, the Damson online health club, just £25 for a month, cancel anytime, you are not locked in at all. Three varied and live classes a week - Mon, Weds, Fri all at 6.30 - 6.55am. I promise you its the best way to start your day all year long. And you can do the classes from anywhere in the world! Never done a class with Tors at Damson before? Now’s your chance to try. Wanted to try another class that’s a bit different to your usual? Now’s the time to try. Why not bring a friend to try some classes out too? All classes are individually booked througout the summer, no block booking required. TUESDAY MORNINGS | 6.15am
THE STRENGTH CIRCUIT
A low impact circuit with 6 exercise stations all focussed on core and full body balanced strength. Kit used: The Reformer, The Stability Chair, dumbbells, TRX, BOSU, bike, water rower and more. All muscles worked! Tors will be on hand helping you perfect each move to get the most out of your workout. You will be guaranteed to feel rejuvenated, exhilarated and ready for your day (but maybe a bit sweaty!). Cold outdoor shower available to all after the class! Or why not book the sauna? Don’t forget your towel!

TUESDAY MORNINGS | 9am | THE SUMMER SESSION
PILATES, HIPP, TRX & Woodland WORKOUT HYBRID CLASS
This Pilates, HIPP, TRX & Woodland Workout mash-up is the very best way to start the day. Expect some high intensity power Pilates, a good helping of resistance using the TRX and light weights and plenty of classic Pilates moves too. This is an outdoors class. Why not bring a friend and then enjoy coffee from Betty the caravan cafe afterwards? Or book the sauna? Shower always available if you need it, just let me know in advance and i will turn the hot water on, or have it cold. Don’t forget your towel!

THURSDAY EVENINGS | 6.30pm
ABS & APEROL
We call this summer holiday class 'Abs & Aperol' but its basically pure Pilates! So expect your usual Pilates class but with a super refreshing Aperol Spritz to have together afterwards, a chance not to rush off for a change, but relax, if you have time to hang about for a little while.

SATURDAY MORNING | 8am
WOODLAND WORKOUT
This outdoor exercise class will revive, re-energise and make you sweat. Expect slam balls, battle ropes, hula hooping & pull up bars, weights and a little bit of running up Damson hill (about 3 times to be precise!). Everyone welcome, new to exercise or a seasoned pro, loads of modifications always given, can be as low impact as you need.
